Reviews and Ratings
When I arrived at the hotel, the room wasn't up to standard and felt a bit cold, but once inside, it was clean and comfortable. I wish there were more pillow types to choose from, but the room itself was decorated to a high standard and very clean. It was almost double in size compared to other places I've stayed at.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, ideal for those with limited mobility, though some touch-ups are needed. The service was friendly and accommodating, with a few minor hiccups. Situated in a lovely area by the canal, it provides a convenient location for various activities. The dining experience was varied but slightly on the pricey side.
The hotel overlooks the river and is very quiet, making it a lovely retreat in Nottingham. The rooms were comfortable; however, it was a bit cold. I will definitely be back next year when I visit Nottingham.
I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, meeting the standard for a chain hotel. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and valued. The location was ideal, close to the train station and within walking distance of the city center. However, the dining experience had some issues with acquiring cutlery from other tables and cleaning solutions placed nearby during meals.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit disappointing with boogers in the shower door, weird brown marks on the walls, and stained carpets, although the beds were comfy. On the bright side, the location right next to the train station was convenient for getting to the city center quickly. Hygiene standards were lacking, but it served as a decent place to rest after a marathon.
